Étude in Motion

Étude in Motion is a medium-level étude for B♭ trumpet that focuses on fluid motion, consistent articulation, and musical continuity. The technical demands are intentionally accessible, allowing performers to concentrate on sound quality, phrasing, and stylistic clarity. Well suited for developing players, the étude also functions effectively as an honor band audition piece, giving musicians a clear and confident way to demonstrate precision, control, and musical expression.
